The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same, directly or indirectly in electronic form, by clicking an acceptance or agree button, by using the Website, or by other means, and will govern the relationship between you and DreamNivas for your use of the Website.

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000, which require publication of a privacy policy for the collection, use, storage and transfer of sensitive personal data or information.

DreamNivas Innovations LLP and its subsidiaries, affiliates and associate companies, individually and/or collectively referred to as “DreamNivas”, are concerned about the privacy of the data and information of users, including clients, property owners, sellers, buyers and customers, whether registered or unregistered, who access, offer, browse or purchase construction services or products through DreamNivas websites, mobile sites, mobile applications or otherwise do business with DreamNivas. “Associate Companies” shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the Companies Act, 2013.

The terms “We”, “Us” and “Our” individually and collectively refer to each entity included within the definition of DreamNivas. The terms “You”, “Your” and “Yourself” refer to users.

Your Information will primarily be stored electronically. Certain records, including blueprint copies, physical construction contracts and approval documents, may also be stored physically. We may store, collect, process and use your data outside India, subject to applicable law. Where third parties in or outside India are engaged to store or process your information, they will be required on a commercially reasonable basis to adopt reasonable security standards.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Your Information

3.1 You agree that DreamNivas may transfer, share, disclose or part with all or part of your Information, within or outside India, to DreamNivas entities and third-party service providers, design consultants, financial institutions, material vendors or other parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. Receiving parties will be contractually required, where appropriate, to maintain a comparable level of data protection.

3.2 Where your Information is transferred outside your country of residence, DreamNivas will, to the extent required by applicable law, impose contractual obligations on the recipient to comply with appropriate data-protection requirements.

4.2 DreamNivas is not responsible for transmissions received from third-party websites and makes no representation regarding their privacy practices, accuracy or data quality. 5. Security and Retention

5.1 The security of your Personal Information is important to us. DreamNivas strives to protect it against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction through internal reviews of data collection, storage and processing practices, together with reasonable digital and physical security measures for records such as site blueprints and contracts.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: Any right to claim damages for a security breach will be subject to applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5.3 Where you use a digital payment gateway, payment card or banking data may be stored in accordance with applicable industry standards, including PCI-DSS requirements or relevant Reserve Bank of India directions.
